Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service are between you and Techopolis Online Solutions, LLC (“Techopolis,” “we,” or “us”). They apply to our websites, including techopolis.app and techopolisonline.com, and our apps, My Techopolis accounts, software, digital products, and related services. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

A product may have additional terms, a software license, or a separately agreed service agreement. Those terms control for that product or service if they conflict with these general terms. Purchases through an app store or another seller are also subject to that seller’s applicable terms. For Apple App Store apps, the applicable license is Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement unless the app provides a custom license.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement, or use the services with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Some features and direct website purchases require a signed-in My Techopolis account. Your website account does not automatically include purchases made through every app store or other provider.

3. Acceptable use

Use the services lawfully and respect other people’s rights. You must not:

• access another person’s account or private information without authorization;
• upload malware, send spam, or disrupt or overload the services;
• bypass access controls, payment requirements, or license restrictions;
• use the services for fraud, harassment, or unlawful discrimination; or
• submit or distribute content that violates privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights.

These restrictions do not limit rights that applicable law gives you, including lawful interoperability or security research. Please report security concerns privately using the contact address below.

4. Software, content, and licenses

Techopolis and its licensors retain ownership of their software, branding, website material, and other intellectual property. Buying a digital product gives you the rights described in its license or product listing; it does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Unless those terms or applicable law allow it, you may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense our software or paid content.

Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses. Features, supported devices, compatibility requirements, usage limits, and any included updates or support are described for the specific product. A purchase does not promise every future feature or indefinite support.

5. Your content and connected services

You retain your rights in content you create or submit. You give us permission to process, store, and transmit that content as needed to provide the features you request, subject to our Privacy policy. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, record, process, or share that content, including permission from others where required. Keep your own backups of important information.

When you connect an outside account, AI provider, or other tool, you authorize the information exchanges and actions needed for the features you choose. Review the permissions and any publishing or sharing actions carefully. Outside services have their own terms, charges, availability, and privacy practices.

6. Purchases and digital delivery

Review the product description, selected variant, price, currency, taxes, and any recurring charges before completing a purchase. You authorize the payment shown at checkout. Any promotion applies only under its stated conditions.

Digital products are delivered electronically. For purchases through this website, available downloads and purchase records appear in your account after payment is confirmed. Access depends on the product purchased and any applicable license. Contact us if payment succeeds but you cannot access your purchase.

7. Subscriptions and cancellation

Where a product offers a subscription, the purchase screen identifies the price, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial conditions. An automatically renewing subscription continues until canceled through the provider where you purchased it. Cancel before the next renewal according to that provider’s instructions to avoid the next charge. Deleting an app or your Techopolis account does not itself cancel an app-store subscription.

Cancellation normally stops future renewals; access for an already paid period and eligibility for a refund depend on the purchase terms and applicable law. Contact us if you need help identifying the billing provider or cancellation method.

8. Refunds and billing questions

For a purchase made directly through Techopolis, contact us with your order details to request help or a refund. See our Refund policy. Any product-specific refund policy disclosed before purchase applies, along with your rights under applicable law. For an app-store or other third-party purchase, use that seller’s refund process. Do not email full payment-card details or your password.

Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable rights concerning defective products, refunds, or cancellation.

9. AI and information accuracy

AI-generated answers, descriptions, transcripts, and other outputs can contain errors or omissions. Review important results before relying on them or sharing them. AI features and navigation assistance are not a substitute for professional advice, emergency services, or your judgment about real-world safety. You are responsible for how you use or act on generated content.

10. Availability, changes, and termination

Services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security issues, or events beyond our control. We may change features or discontinue a service, subject to commitments made for paid products and any notice or remedies required by law.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, a security threat, fraud, or a legal requirement. Where reasonably possible, we will explain the restriction and provide an opportunity to resolve it. You may stop using the services at any time and contact us about account closure. Separate subscription cancellation may still be necessary.

11. Warranties and responsibility

We work to provide useful, reliable services, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or compatibility with every device or outside service. To the extent permitted by law and except for express commitments made for a product, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, Techopolis is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the services, such as lost profits or business opportunities. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or override mandatory consumer protections.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information and the choices available to you. Device permissions, account connections, and website cookie preferences may affect which features are available.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the services or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated terms here, revise the date above, and provide additional notice or request consent when required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. If you do not agree to updated terms, stop using the affected services and contact us about any existing paid access.
