Ask Lyra for help and check the result

Give Lyra a clear outcome: find a report, summarize the work, or prepare a specific change. Then check what it found and what it proposes to do.

You need AI access for the selected organization. Role permissions, project restrictions, and AI availability can affect whether you can use it.

Send a request

  1. Select the intended organization and open Lyra Agent.
  2. Enter your request in Message Lyra Agent. Name the project or item when you know it.
  3. Press Enter or select Send. Use Shift+Enter for a new line without sending.
  4. Read the response and any proposed plan.

Review proposed changes

When an approval panel appears, read the action list and the records it names. Select Approve plan only when those are the changes you want. Choose Deny plan if they are not.

If the app asks for an additional confirmation for a destructive action, check that action separately. Do not assume a conversational reply means a change already happened.

After a completed request, read the result and open the affected records to check them. Do not assume that a conversational reply alone proves the requested changes were saved.

If Lyra is unavailable

Read the availability message before retrying. An admin can use Open Billing when the problem is AI credits. A member can ask an admin to check it. A permission restriction needs an access review rather than another purchase.

Closing an availability dialog lets you review the page; it does not itself restore access.
