A missing control can be a permission problem. A message about capacity or AI credits can be a plan problem. Check which one you have before changing billing.
Organization admins manage billing. Members who encounter an AI availability message should share that message with an admin.
Review the current plan
- Select the intended organization.
- Open Organization Settings, then Billing.
- Read the current plan, status, capacity, and AI information shown there.
- If you need a change, review the offered plan or add-on and its current terms before confirming checkout.
- Return to Billing and check the updated result.
To create a workspace, choose Create Your Organization, enter its name, review the setup choices, and select Create Organization. The creator becomes an admin and follows the billing step to choose an available plan. For Enterprise, use Contact sales and review the resulting quote. Prices, allowances, seat arrangements, and trial eligibility should come from the current offer for your organization.
Manage payments or cancellation
Use Change payment method for the payment details, or Invoices and receipts for payment records. Cancel paid plan schedules cancellation as described on the screen; check the effective date before confirming. If available before that date, Keep paid plan reverses the scheduled cancellation.
Cancellation is separate from deleting projects. Check the resulting capacity restrictions shown in Billing rather than assuming you can keep creating projects under the same limits.
When a payment or AI balance looks wrong
Refresh Billing and confirm the selected organization. If the result still does not match the completed purchase, contact support with the organization and approximate purchase time. Do not repeat checkout merely to see whether it updates the screen.
If the error says you lack permission, ask an admin to check role and project access. Buying credits does not grant permissions.
